What is the SIRA FLYoga Kids method?
My name is Lena, and for over 10 years, I have been teaching aerial yoga to children using a unique method I developed that combines all my knowledge in yoga therapy, yoga for children, and aerial yoga. This method allows my course graduates and me not only to fill 10 weekly sold-out classes of FLYoga for Kids year after year but also to earn a good living from it. It also gives me an incredible sense of fulfillment. I'm grateful that I can reach so many souls, make small changes in children's lives, empower them, and pass on essential yoga values!

About Me
I'm Lena Shur, and I teach FLYoga to children, teenagers, and adults.
I started my yoga career over 20 years ago, during my project manager job in a high-tech corporation. I had no idea that yoga would become such a large and significant part of my life. In 2009, even though I was at the peak of my high-tech career, I decided to leave to spend more time with my twins. Combining my two passions - yoga and teaching children led to the opening of my yoga studio.
After more than twelve years of study, I'm a certified yoga instructor and children's yoga teacher. I'm also a graduate of the Wingate Sports Institute and the Shivananda Center and a certified yoga therapist.
Over 10 years ago, I started teaching FLYoga to children. Over the years, I have learned what works for kids and what doesn't, and I developed a unique method that allows me to teach FLYoga to children year after year, make changes in children's lives, and earn a good living from it.
