Yes, to some teachers FLYoga is like dancing in the circus. I come from yoga, and my classes are more yoga-oriented and can be done by any child. This is one of the reasons I have so many kids attending my classes. I teach not only FLY exercises but breathing, relaxation, and all the yoga values. So you can call it whatever you like (aerial yoga, aerial dance, fly yoga, or fly fitness). But the bottom line is that, what matters most, is what the kids get from the class.

In general, FLYoga exercises for kids and adults are the same. So yes, after the course, you can also teach adults. I want you to focus on kids because FLYoga for kids will allow you to create a sustainable business. I also teach adults, but from my experience, most adults don't attend any physical activity steadily because of their busy lifestyle. But the same moms who can't attend steadily on their own won’t miss their children's classes. I had a lot of students who couldn't keep adult groups full but found success with kids.

In the course, you will learn not just how to do FLYoga exercises, but the whole framework of creating a profitable yoga business. I teach kids from five to fifteen years old. The best is to start at six years old. At six, kids are developed enough to do the exercises and already have body awareness. On the mat yoga classes are usually based on a story and suitable for kids from three to six years old. Those stories become boring for older kids. Since I don't base my classes on storytelling, they are also suitable for teens up to the age of fifteen. You can say that FLYoga for kids compliments mat yoga for older kids.

I want you to know something about me. The activity I teach is for kids with all physical abilities, and anyone can do it if guided properly. You shouldn't worry about not being able to do the exercises. With our detailed video tutorials, you will be able to do any exercise without any problem. But you should also remember that you don't have to be able to do all the exercises on your own. You must be able to teach kids to do the exercises. That is what you are going to learn in the course.
